The development is designed as a 2 wing block that is joined together, with east block being a 4 star hotel operated by Crown Plaza and the other wing being a service apartment block. The hotel comprises of 320 key deluxe rooms and suites, and the service apartments has of 220 units of 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments.
The building is 38 storey high, with the swimming pool is positioned at the 28th floor to create a dramatic sky pool with a view to the KLCC Twin Towers.
The facade is created with rippling crystal glass effect cascading across the building frontage. This unique gives it a strong prominence as it is site at the apex of a triangular site, facing Jalan Yap Kwan Seng and the KLCC Twin Towers.

Simon joined ZONE’s Board of Directors in 2022. His role covers heavy involvement in conceptual design, design development, and design implementation specializing in high-rise residential, commercial, and office development.
His extensive experience in preparing design proposals and presentation drawings has built a strong foundation in his design flair.
Having worked on site for many years has further equipped him with adequate technical, construction problem solving, and joinery detailing during site construction. On a day-to-day operation, he attends to clients’ needs and meets tight deadlines, working with various professional consultants and solving construction technical needs from contractors.
